To avoid creasing we will NOT be inserting the foam in covers as foam fills will be vacuum packed for shipping. We would also be shipping covers and foam separately as both are customized at different locations.

Because each purchase is unique and must be handcrafted, the complete process of bringing your artwork to life will take 4-6 weeks. (We often deliver sooner!)

The answer is an unequivocal YES if you live in the United States!

If your order is over $300, we’ll ship it for free!
Otherwise, a $25 flat delivery cost will be charged..

The list goes on and on with outdoor cushions, replacement cushions, RV cushions, boat cushions, toss pillows, awnings, pergola covers, and so on.

You name it, and we’ll make it happen!

Because each order is unique, we have a stringent No Return/No Refund policy.

We will happily replace the cushions if they were damaged during transportation or did not fit the specifications (1-inch tolerance).

3) Stain-resistant and easy to clean.

We will not be able to cancel an order after the cloth has been cut and production has begun. We will not be allowed to utilise your custom-designed cushions anywhere because each order is unique.

A 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee is included with all Sunbrella® textiles. The foams were chosen for their high quality and would easily last three years. More if you take care of it:)
