Cushions Custom is happy to provide a 3-Year Limited Warranty on craftsmanship, which covers all personalised cushions in use from the date of delivery. Each Cushion item must be free of manufacturing flaws in materials, craftsmanship, or structure.
The 3-Year Limited Warranty on craftsmanship protects zippers, stitching, and other components against any manufacturing flaw, sun damage, and wear and tear that is not caused by normal usage. Our 3-year limited warranty does not cover accidental, deliberate, or other defects that arise for causes other than those specified above.
Sunbrella® offers a 5-year limited warranty on cushion fabric.
Dryfast foam can last up to ten years, whereas high-density foam can last up to twenty.
