Sorry for the delayed response, but our pillows arrived last week and they are fantastic. We were relieved to have discovered you because many firms would not undertake shape modification. Outstanding effort, gentlemen. My neighbour would most likely contact you for some cushions as well; please offer them a decent bargain.

So the cushions arrived today, and while one of the boxes was broken, which was not your fault, the cushions were perfect. They look and fit excellent, and I appreciate you going the additional mile to confirm the specifications before manufacturing them. You guys are amazing!!
